A Night to Remember Part 2

You slowly pulled yourself out of bed, groaning because you knew that you would have to start the day. You knew that starting your day meant that the night before was really over. As soon as you stood up you realized how strongly you could still feel his touch. How strong the scent of him, lingering on your skin, was. You started to feel a little feighnt and you remembered how it felt when he touched you. When he ran his hand down your back and whisperd ‘You make me want to lose control and forget everything’ into your ear with his deep husky voice.
You walked into the kitchen and put on a pot of coffee, then sat down and stared at the counter. ‘Why is it that I had to be bold and do that when I finally met a man that made me feel like this? Now I’ll never hear from him again. Why did I leave?’
You then came to the deep realization that you would never see him again. And maybe that was okay, wasn’t? That was what you wanted, right? That was the point of your game, right? You rolled your eyes at yourself and your  tendency to be bold at the worst times. You then resigned yourself to the fact that you wouldn’t ever see him again made your coffee. You would let yourself relive the night once more and then go one with your life.

The Previous Night:
‘Alright, you got it.’ He stood up, reaching his hand out to you. ‘Care to dance?’

‘Oh no, I don’t dance.’ You said, shaking your head and giving him a serious look.
‘Oh that’s good, neither do I, But isn’t the point of this to have fun together? Let’s let go of our inhibitions, sweet heart, and have fun” he smirked at you.
And who would you be to argue with that kind of logic? He was right. That was the point. You stood up and took his hand. He lead you out to the dance floor and then promptly turned to you and started dancing. Both of you moved with the beats of the random music and mix of beats blaring through the club. Your heart pounded every time he touched you.
After about 30 minutes he stopped, grabbing your hand and running, leading you out of the crowd, and out of the club. And then he slowed to a walk.
‘Where are we going?’
No answer.
‘O…..oppa? Where are we going?’
Still no answer, so you just followed blindly.
Finally he turned into a little hole in the wall Bulgogi restaurant, and sat down at a table.
‘Arraso, I’m hungry. Sit, and lets eat, dongsaeng.’
You obeyed, sitting down right beside him. He ordered lots of meet and kimchi and other veggies for the two of you two cook, and also soju for the two of you to drink. He was attentive with everything, the perfect date, it seemed, though you weren’t sure whether you should call it a date or not. He even cooked your food on the grill for you. You both laughed and ate, and drank soju. Whether this was actually date or not, you knew one that for sure, and that was that this was going much better then any date that you had ever been on. No man had ever made you feel the way he was making you feel. You had never had so much chemistry with any man in the past.

And furthermore, you could see that this would certainly be a night that you would never forget.

A night to remember Part 1

Last night was the most amazing night of my life. You thought as you lay there cuddled up to your pillows, reminiscing on the wonderful night you had. You could remember everything about the man. Everything from the color of his eyes to the way he grunted when he downed a shot of Jack Daniels.

Most of all, you could remember the way her made you feel. The way you’re heart skipped a beat every  time he looked at you, every time your hands accidentally grazed across each other. You remember how he made you feel like you were the only person who existed in the world, although everyone in the club was trying to talk to him. All of this happening in one night. One faithful night, where you met the man  of your dreams in a darkened, loud club.

The previous night:

The sounds of the club were almost deafening. You stood close to the bar, as you felt kind of uncomfortable, and you didn’t really care for being there, but your friends made you come. So there you were, sitting lazily at a stool by the bar and drinking a rum and coke. You turned to the bartender, but right when you were about to ask for another,  you heard a deep, sultry voice beside you say ‘Excuse me, can I get a glass of red wine, and whatever she’s drinking.’ You turned towards the voice, wondering why he interrupted you when you were about to speak, and wondering what hopeless soul was about to get hit on when you saw the most gorgeous man that you have ever laid eyes one standing beside you, pointing at your drink.

As the bartender went to steadily making the glass of wine and rum and coke, you stared at the man standing beside you, as her stared back. ‘Excuse me, but I’ve been watching you all night, and you have got to be the most beautiful girl in the world.’ Did he really just say that? No way did he just say that! Is he talking to me? Your breath caught in your throat a little but, making it hard for you to speak. No one had ever affected you like this.

‘Excuse me Oppa, but who ever said that I wanted another drink?’ You said nodding and smiling towards the bartender as he set the drink down in front of you. ‘I didn’t ask, nor does it matter. Whether you want it or not, I can tell that you will be polite enough to drink it, which is good for me because that means that I’ve succeeded in getting some time to talk to you and get to know you. If you really don’t want it, and would rather be impolite and get up and walk away, go ahead, but this was worth a try.’ You both stared back at each other. It felt like a Mexican stand off. Part of you wanted to walk away, just to make what he said false, but you knew you couldn’t. There was something about him that made you never want to be out of arms reach of him. Something about him that made you feel like you were right where you were supposed to be.

You reached your arm out and took a sip of the drink. He smirked at you, a horribly attractive smirk that sent chills down your spine. ‘So, what’s your name?’ he said between sips of wine. A sudden thought came to your head, something that you’ve always thought you would never have the guts to do, but now that you are sitting here with this man in front of you, you felt like it was the perfect time to try. ‘Here’s the deal, Rico Suave, no names. Tonight we have a goodnight. Between two people who have never met, but are attracted to each other. A purely goodnight. When the night is over, we walk away with no scrapes or bruises on our hearts, just good memories of a night we had with someone, a night where everything was perfect. No need for names. No need for phone numbers. Deal?’

He stared at you long and hard, seeming to size you up and decide if you were being serious, or kidding. ‘Deal.’
